PENGARUH MODEL PEMBELAJARAN KUMON TERHADAP PEMAHAMAN MATEMATIS DITINJAU DARI GAYA KOGNITIF PESERTA DIDIK PADA MATA PELAJARAN MATEMATIKA KELAS VIII SMP NEGERI SATU ATAP 4 PESAWARAN

Abstract


This research is quasy experimental design, research population is students of class VIII SMP Negeri Satu Atap 4 Pesawaran. The sample used is 2 classes selected by class random technique, that is class VIII A as experimental class of kumon learning model and class VIII B as control class of non kumon learning model. Data collection techniques used are tests and questionnaires. Hypothesis testing using variance analysis of two different cell roads, with 5% significance level. Previously, prerequisite tests were carried out which included normality test using Liliefors test and homogeneity test using Bartlett test. Based on the data analysis of penenlitian obtained F_a = 4,977> F_tabel = 4,052 so H_0A rejected, F_b = 9,093> F_tabel = 4,052 so H_0B rejected, F_ab = 0,096 < F_tabel = 4.052 so H_0AB is accepted. Based on the test of variance analysis of two different cell roads, the conclusion (1) there is influence on the use of kumon learning model toward mathematical understanding, (2) there is influence on the students that have cognitive style field independent and field dependent on mathematical understanding, (3) no There is an interaction between the treatment of learning and the cognitive style of mathematical understanding.
